This is a legal and binding contract and agreement subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the State of Alabama.

1. TruckerSpaces.com is not responsible for errors or omissions in any advertising materials
provided by the advertiser or employees,representatives of its agency. 
2. All advertisements are accepted and placed by TruckerSpaces.com upon the representation by
the advertiser and made available on TruckerSpaces.com the entire contents and subject matter
thereof and that such advertisement will not violate any law or infringe upon any right of any party.
3. In consideration of the placement of advertisements on TruckerSpaces.com and any linkage to the
advertiser’s site on the Web, the advertiser will jointly and severally, hold TruckerSpaces.com,
its staff, programmers,and other associated members and partners harmless from and against any, and
all losses and expenses arising out of the appearance of such advertisements on TruckerSpaces.com.
This includes but is not limited to the advertiser’s site on the Web as linked through
TruckerSpaces.com, including, and without limitation, those arising from
claims or suits for defamation, copyright or trademark infringement, misappropriation including but not limited to
any violation of the Lanham Act or rights of privacy or publicity
or from any and all similar claims now known or hereafter devised.
4. It is understood by both TruckerSpaces.com and the advertiser and agreed upon that the
advertiser or his /her agent or agencies are jointly and severally liable for payment of
invoices, which will be emailed to the email address, which you provide to TruckerSpaces.com
for advertising made available on TruckerSpaces.com hereunder. 
5. In consideration of our reviewing for acceptance, or acceptance of, any advertising for
placement on TruckerSpaces.com, or any linkage to the advertiser’s site on the Web, the
agency and advertiser agree not to make
promotional or merchandising reference to TruckerSpaces.com in any way except with the prior
permission of TruckerSpaces.com in each instance.
6. TruckerSpaces.com shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to
provide reference or access to all or any part of the advertising due to systems failures
or other technological failures of TruckerSpaces.com or the Web or acts of War, nature and or
other acts of nature or God.
7. No conditions, printed or otherwise, appearing on contracts, insertion orders, or
instructions that conflict with the provisions of this rate and agreement page will be
binding on TruckerSpaces.com.
8. Unless otherwise specifically agreed upon by TruckerSpaces.com and the advertiser,
all advertising positioning/placement clauses or conditions are treated as requests
only, and cannot/will not be guaranteed.
9. Orders for advertising shall be non-cancelable and non refundable after
10 business days prior to the first date on which it is scheduled to appear
within TruckerSpaces.com and through the advertising period agreed to pursuant
to the insertion order.
11. Unless otherwise agreed by TruckerSpaces.com and the advertiser, TruckerSpaces.com
shall have the right to insert the advertising in various areas of TruckerSpaces.com
from time to time in its discretion.
12. Advertiser acknowledges that it is generally familiar with the nature of the Web
and proposed uses thereof.
13. TruckerSpaces.com reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising and/or
linkage to an advertiser’s site on the Web for any reason at any time, including without
limitation as a result of linkages to other sites on the Web included in the advertiser’s site or for any other reason that TruckerSpaces.com decides upon without notice. 
14. Invoices if requested, will be rendered by emailed to the email address, which you
provide to TruckerSpaces.com  on or about the first date on which the advertising
is scheduled to appear on TruckerSpaces.com. Payments will be due upon receipt.

Classified Advertising.

15. Non-commercial or non-business members of TruckerSpaces.com can place unlimited
personal ads at no charge subject to our terms of service. Ads must be approved and placed by the Administrator.
16. Commercial or Business ads in the classified section are subject to a monthly rate of
$59.99 per ad and a one-year rate at $499.99 per ad and are subject to our terms of service.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Your Business/Sponsor Membership Price of $59.95 per month or $499.99 per year
entitles you to have one (1) text ad with a link to your site in the classified
section of the site
You will have a special icon that shows the members that you are a sponsor/advertiser
on the site.
A Total of 75 messages total in both your in/out boxes.
Max uploads of 10000000 bytes.
Use of the design tool on your page. 
Full access to all other areas of the site.
Types of payments accepted are Pay Pal.
Ads will post after all payment forms clear so please allow time for
your payment to reach and clear our account.
Failure to keep your account payments current will result in the complete
removal of your account from the system once removed it cannot be recovered

TruckerSpaces.com reserves the right to modify banner sizes at any time for any reason.
All payments are non-refundable for any reason.

For Each text ad or banner ad submitted, please include the following information:
Name of ad (please indicate the name of the advertiser as well as the size of each of the ad

Run start date, run stop date.
Any specific rotation request.
Alt. text (the text that should appear in place of the banner on text-only browsers).
