Blog Entry: Well the holidays are fast coming upon us, I imagine when you go to your local Wally world or local dry goods store that you can find decorations for Haloween, Thanksgiving, and eventually Christmas... But as truckers we sometimes don't get to spend that time with our families like we want... We do get to spend time with some friends we meet along the way though and we talk to or chat online with our families... But it sometimes isn't enough though.. I was sitting here just remembering all the fun times I had while growing up with my family and friends during the holidays, some of the things we used to do and the happiness it brought to us... To be away from home during the Holidays is rough I know I have done it for three years, (by my choice mind you) but never the less I have not really spent quality time with family during the holidays since I was a boy and this year will be the first year in a very long time I will be doing that very thing... I now have a very wonderful lady in my life and I can't wait to start our Holiday traditions together, and continue the ones that my family and I started so long ago... I am sorry that this is so early to be speaking on the Holiday thing but I got a little homesick, for I have three homes now, one is in the States, one is in Canada, and last but not least one is on the road... To all my friends here on TS, all I ask of you is remember one another during the Holidays and never drift away, cause if you do you will surely regret it... Trust me on that... My prayers and special wishes go out to each and everyone of you, and your families, may God bless each and everyone. 10-4 and goodbye...
