As it gets closer to Thanksgiving I am thankful for all I have. My family and friends who have helped me through my trials and troubles. I have come so far I think from where I was last year. I am thankful that I live in a free nation. I thank those serving over seas and here at home. I think about our service members who can't be w/ friends & family during the holidays. Whew what a week. It started out looking pretty good and went to heck in a hand basket really fast. Pure crappy to be honest. Olive got sick Monday and I mean really sick. In fact she was close to death. Her liver had a major problem. We still don’t know what caused it, even with all the high-tech blood testing and ultra-sound. On the way home I saw a billboard sign that said something like this: "Of course I know it's a small world, I made it. Signed God." As some of you know a few months ago my older sister passed away leaving her husband Don and three grown children. Don was totally in love with my sister and took her death badly putting it mildly. We had to remove all the weapons from the house because we were afraid for him and those around him. This morning, Don on his 78th birthday, passed away.
