Wow this year has just flown by! I don’t know where the time went. I hope everyone had a happy and safe thanksgiving with family and loved ones. Well one major holiday down and two to go. We had a quiet dinner at home, nothing spectacular. We smoked the turkey breast instead of roasting or deep frying the breast. It was good and I didn’t have to wash any pans. As it gets closer to thanksgiving I am thankful for all I have. My family and friends who have helped me through my trials and troubles. I have come so far I think from where I was last year. I am thankful that I live in a free nation. I thank those serving over seas and here at home. I think about our service members who can't be w/ friends & family during the holidays. Well we arrived safe and sound yesterday evening at 5:55pm which means we made really good time since we left at 9:15 AM even after killing an hour with multiple Olive breaks and eating at Bainbridge,GA. I gotta say Zaxsby's has great chicken fingers LOL. Of course almost anything taste good when you don't have to cook it. Gas was only $1.59 at the Racetrack on US 27 on the south-side of town, Diesel at the old Bainbridge Truckstop on US 84 was $2.50 whew. I wonder... Read More
