Well I can say it’s been a heck of a year so far. Rain snow sunshine hot and cold you name it we’ve had it. I’m ready for something consistent myself as long as it’s not rain, that I’m sick of. No garden this year, first time I haven’t had one since I bought the place. We’re moving it and won’t have it done in time to plant. Well folks I've noticed over the years that customer service has been less than desirable, some places worse than others. My Dad ran three successful businesses sold them and retired 2 times. He said" Without custom ers you don't have a business." Customer service isn't something that the customer should have to ask for it should be provided without question, with a smile and a Thank You because they chose you to do business with. I was told by my surgeon that more than likely I will be able to get back in the truck by June....but, is it worth it?

Not only do I talk with my fellow drivers almost every day, but I see the fuel slips that my husband brings home.  We've always tried to fill up in Ohio because it's always been cheaper than NY or PA..but c'mon...190 gallons (which didn't even fill the tanks) was $751.00!!! Monday afternoon was a rough day for my husband at work. He was checking to make sure that some dry wall was screwed in right by the alien workers that his employer hires because they work cheaper than the locals here. He doesn't have a choice, he has to deal with them, they work under him even though he can't speak a word of Spanish and they must not speak English or pretend not to like some of them do he has to get them to do the work.
