All you can eat Buffets
Posted On 09/15/2008 11:38:51 by NightWind
Since I'm not one of the folks that never gains a pound and fights daily to maintain my weight at a level some what close to what I should weigh for my height, I really have an issue with people that think they should have the right to sue a company because THEY don't have the common sense to push away from the table. While I understand that family history, DNA and some health issues or diseases may have some part of a persons predisposition to becoming obese, it has nothing... Read More

Driver DOT Physicals
Posted On 07/30/2008 23:09:18 by NightWind

As the mournful sounds of Taps wafts on the winds over cemeteries through out our country and we mourn those who have paid the ultimate price. These ceremonies are just a small token of a grateful nation. We should not forget those that continue to battle on in selfless acts, which continue today as our country is involved in two wars and the Unknown Soldier has over 3,300 more fallen soldiers to watch over. God Bless them all and their families that have given more to us than we deserve. The so... Read More

Just Talking
Posted On 04/14/2008 23:23:34 by NightWind
Well it's been a rough year so far around my house. Between my hubby getting hurt and my knees having so many problems it does get discouraging sometimes. It could always be worse.
I don't like to complain or just talk about my troubles to anyone as l can look around and see others that have it so much worse than I do. I'm blessed no doubt about it and I'm thankful for everything. But some times I'd like to talk and I don't really "talk" to anyone about everything except God.

Somethin... Read More
